Grainne Maguire is known for her witty, thoughtful and razor-sharp stand up. She’s recently written for The Now Show, The News Quiz and 8 Out Of 10 Cats, and as if this wasn’t enough, she also has a regular blog for The Independent.

Deena Gornick has over 20 years of experience as an executive coach. With an extensive background in psychotherapy and NLP she has assisted many professionals in both the public and the private sector.

Dr Alice Jones is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and the Director of School and Family Studies at Goldsmiths University here in London.

Broadcaster and literary journalist Paul Blezard continues the discussion on our blog.
