About Us

Group Therapy is a panel discussion show that explores the many facets of the human condition.

The show is a punchy 30 minutes in which we explore real life ‘confessions’ with a panel of psychologists, academics, writers and comedians. We’re not providing advice, instead we unpack the universal themes that relate to each person’s unique tale of woe, fear, embarrassment or confusion. Listeners and guests can expect controversy, combat, sincerity and hilarity. Most of all, expect fascinating, enlightening and academic conversation around what it means to be human.

Guests have included comedian Shappi Khorsandi, broadcaster and author Philippa Perry, evolutionary biologist and presenter on Channel 4’s Inside Nature’s Giants Simon Watt, and actress Helen Lederer.

Group Therapy is broadcast live on ResonanceFM 104.4fm, London’s leading community radio station.

Into season 3 now, the programme has received great reviews from The Media Guardian, The Observer and the Metro Newspaper.
